We have drafted “The Declaration of a 100-year Income Tax Exemption for Black Americans” (June 19, 2020). This document outlines (a) our three objectives for #Declaration2120, and (b) seven grievances aligned to these objectives highlighting more than 25 universal human rights violations currently being imposed on Black Americans by American elites or systems. American elites, please pay particular attention to Grievance #7. Although we have attempted to alleviate our grievances using every legal political process, we still have not exercised one other legal civil suit strategy to obtain wealth, land, and businesses of which we are the rightful heirs. While #Declaration2120 acknowledges an incitement of action that is not currently legal under U.S. law, such action is entirely consistent with the intentions of the U.S. Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution (especially given that the collection of federal income taxes at the inception of the American government, the Founders of this nation did not consider income taxes as a legal or moral means of taxation to impose on the People).
